Poe was a punk kid who had no direction in the beginning. Poe really shows him a new way at looking at life that brings him true happiness. I loved that even though he is a mature character he still grows throughout the book and finds his happiness. I love a good mature character who is also a silver fox (he’s 40 FYI). He gets a new perspective on his life after his father’s friend, Jerico, offers him a position as the job of receptionist with the possibility of apprenticeship at his tattoo shop.

He is aimless and spends his time tagging buildings with graffiti and trying not to get caught. Poe Montgomery is twenty-three with no direction for his life. Wow, this was a great start to a new series! I am so glad I picked this up after a fellow reviewer posted about it.
